TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 The “Customer” means the person/s, company or organisation booking and hiring the equipment with the “Company”.
1.2 The “Company” means Alfresco Photobooth Hire.
1.3 “Wet” hire is the hire of equipment accompanied by a member of staff of the “company”. The equipment is then managed by us for the duration of the hire.
2.1 All hire equipment will remain the property of Alfresco Photobooth Hire at all times.
2.2 By submitting an order with us via e-mail or verbally it is understood that the customer has read and accepted our terms and conditions of hire.
2.3 In the occurrence of weather, traffic or any other uncontrollable situations stopping us from being able to achieve our contracted responsibilities our liability will be limited to only refunds of any money paid with regards to the event. No compensation will be further paid regardless of any loss of income.
Deposit Payments and Balance Payments
3.1 All hire packages are subject to a deposit of £100 (Deposits are non - refundable).
3.2 The remaining balance is to be paid 7 days before the event commencement date.
3.3 Prices advertised are can be altered without prior notification.
3.4 All prices include VAT and are charged at the current rate.
4.1 Any cancelled orders are subject to the following cancellation charges may apply:
8 weeks before the event 25% of order value
6 weeks before the event 50% of order value
4 weeks before the event 75% of order value
2 weeks before the event 100% of order value
5.1 All sizes of the photo booth are quoted as approximate.
5.2 All equipment remains the property of the “company” at all times.
5.3 The “company” reserve the right to change or amend any product specification without prior notice.
Site Venue, Facilities and Conduct
6.1 The Hired equipment will be set up in one location and will be moved only if weather interrupts play or by prior arrangement when placing the booking.
6.2 The company hold the right to refuse delivery if the location or venue is believed to be inappropriate by our member of staff or if the customer failed to let us know of any delivery restrictions. In this case refund will not be given and the full hire fee will be due.
6.3 The “customer” is responsible for providing adequate crowd control and sufficient security measures before the commencement of the event.
6.4 The “company” reserves the right to stop operation and remove the equipment from venue if at any time a team member of Alfresco Photobooth Hire feels that client/guests behaviour endangers the guests/clients, ourselves or the hired equipment’s safety. In these cases a refund will not be issued.
Insurance and Liability
7.1 The company’s liability insurance only covers use of the equipment whilst booked on “wet” hire (supervised by a member of the company).
7.2 The customer agrees to repay the company for any theft or damage of our equipment whilst on hire.
7.3 As the “company” we accept no liability for and loss or damage of personal property and any injury whilst using the hired equipment.
